Navigating Jiro

After completing the sign up flow or login process, you will load into on the Practice page of Jiro. The navigation bar is on the left hand side of the browser on the web. Clinicians can change features by clicking on Research, Consult, or Discover.

On iOS, the navigation bar is placed on the bottom of the screen along with an additional “More” tab for accessing the help button, profile page, and sign out options.

Practice

Upon sign in, you are directed to the Practice tab. You will see Spotlights displayed on the top half of the page. Spotlights are generated by Jiro and do not require manual set up.

The Performance section on the bottom of the page defaults to the Clinical tab, which highlights Metrics related to your patients, medications, procedures, utilization, care coordination, and outcomes. Filters for Metrics are available to the right of the categories and you can select what Metrics you see and have favorited by clicking the gear icon to the right of filters.

Clicking on the Financial tab under performance offers you information on Referrals, Reimbursements, Denials, and Encounter Coding related to your practice.
