Overview

Jiro is organized into four areas: Practice, Consult, Insights, and Discover. This article provides a brief orientation to each.

Practice

Practice gives you a continuously updated view of how your practice is performing across clinical quality, operational efficiency, and financial dimensions — benchmarked against specialty peers in your region using real-world data tied to your NPI.

Practice is organized into three sections:

Metrics shows your current standing on key clinical quality, productivity, and financial indicators relative to peer benchmarks. Select any metric card to view a detailed breakdown, including trend data and calculation methodology.

Spotlights alerts you automatically when your performance is statistically notable — placing you in the top or bottom 15% of peers, ranking highly or lowly at your facility, shifting 10% month-over-month, or showing consecutive months of growth in a metric. Spotlights update automatically as new data is processed; no configuration is required.

Referrals shows where your patients go after referral — volume, patterns, and any leakage to out-of-network providers who may be redundant with in-network options.

Consult

Consult gives you evidence-grounded answers to clinical questions in plain language — synthesized from medical literature and, where applicable, real-world outcomes data. Responses go beyond published guidelines to reflect how similar patients have been managed in practice. Cited sources are included and available for direct review.

Common query types include treatment selection, drug interaction assessment, differential diagnosis support, and guideline interpretation.

Consult is live in production for all users.

To use Consult:

  1. Navigate to the Consult tab.
  2. Enter your clinical question in the text field.
  3. Review the response, returned within seconds.

Refine your query, request additional detail on any point, or save responses for later reference.

Insights

Insights surfaces patterns and trends in your practice data that you did not specifically query for — early shifts in incidence or care patterns, context across the full patient care pathway, and correlations between variables that conventional metrics do not capture. Each insight includes supporting data, peer context, and the clinical rationale for its relevance to your practice.

Unlike the Practice dashboard, which displays predefined metrics you actively navigate, Insights identifies these signals automatically and delivers them without requiring you to search.

Insights is currently in development and will be available to all users upon general availability launch.

Discover

Discover brings relevant medical literature to you — without searching. You receive a continuously updated feed of papers, guidelines, and clinical content surfaced based on your specialty, documented interests, and practice patterns from real-world data.

Content is sourced from peer-reviewed journals and established clinical literature databases. Planned additions include content from Wolters Kluwer and the New England Journal of Medicine.

Discover is live in production.

To access your feed:

  1. Navigate to the Discover tab.
  2. View your personalized recommendations.

Refine recommendations by adjusting your specialty and interest settings in your account profile.
