Each week, your feed refreshes with journals, clinical trials, publications, and other content filtered for relevance to your practice and selected specialty.
Clinical Use Case
Review Discover between patient encounters or during "pajama time". Each week, you receive a curated set of relevant, summarized journal articles and other medical content, matched to your practice. You do not need to search PubMed or manage journal alerts to keep up with the evolving academic landscape.
This content is ready to inform your clinical decision-making.

Filter Medical Literature by topic pill: Care Gap, Diagnostic Innovation, Guideline Gap, Impact, Safety Watch, and Treatment Optimization.
Read the Clinical Takeaways and the reason the content matters to you (labeled Why This Matters or Why It's Relevant) in the light blue box at the top of each card.
- Additional details, suggested actions, the Claim Credit button, and the View Study button appear further down the summary card.
- Give thumbs up or thumbs down feedback on cards.

How to Access
Discover is accessible from the main navigation bar in Jiro, found on the left hand side of the browser or bottom on the iOS app. Select the Discover tab to open the interface, then find your most recent content from your personalized feed at the top of the page.
- Search by typing relevant keywords in the bar at the top of the page
- Use the Content dropdown to check which sources you would like to see
- Click the Read dropdown to filter out content you have already read
- Use the Saved dropdown to find content you previously saved
- Open the History dropdown to filter for more or less recent content
Important to Remember
- Your Discover feed refreshes once a week, so new content appears on that schedule.
- Each reviewed summary earns 0.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ only when you complete the corresponding attestation.
- Topic pill filters apply to Medical Literature only, not to Clinical Trials or Podcasts.
