What It Does

Discover proactively delivers medical research tailored to your specialty, practice patterns, and patient population, providing evidence without the process of searching. You receive a weekly updated feed of journals, clinical trials, publications, and more filtered for relevance to your practice and selected-specialty. By reviewing summaries and progressing through your continuing medical education, you can earn AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™. 


Clinical Use Case

Discover is designed for review between patient encounters or during “pajama time”. Rather than searching PubMed or managing journal alerts to keep up on the continuously evolving academic landscape, you receive a curated set of relevant, summarized journal articles and other medical content each week — matched to your practice and ready to inform clinical decision-making.


Key Capabilities

  • Specialty-aligned research feed, updated weekly based on your specialty, practice patterns, and patient population
  • Numerous content types including: journals, clinical trials, editorial content, podcasts, and videos
  • CME credit: each reviewed summary earns 0.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ upon completion of the corresponding attestation

Important To Remember

  • Article summaries support efficient review but do not replace reading the full study for clinical decision-making.
  • CME credit requires opening the summary, scrolling to the bottom, and completing the attestation statement.
  • Feed personalization improves as your feedback and real-world data accumulate.
  • Summary content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Use the thumbs down feedback to flag concerns.
  • Filters reset when you refresh the page or navigate away from Discover.
