Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to Do |
|---|---|
| I am not receiving notifications | Check your device and system-level notifications. Confirm you are online and signed-in to Jiro. |
| I am receiving too many notifications | You can reduce volume by managing your notification settings on your device and in-app. Turn off categories you don't need or switch to "in-app only". |
| I denied notifications, why am I still receivng them? | Certain notifications are presented for compliance and legal purposes, these can't be disabled. |
| My notifications are delayed or appear in batches | Check your connectivity and ensure your device is not in a focus mode. On devices, make sure your device allows Jiro to run in the background. |
| I am only receiving notifications on one of my devices | It is possible notifications are disabled on one of your devices, check that statuses on both are consistent if you would like each to receive the same notifications. |
| I changed my notification preferences but still receive disabled types | Some notifications may be added to a queue prior to you disabling a category. Give a short period of time for these to clear. |
