Getting Help With Notifications

Frequently Asked Questions

Do notifications contain PHI or sensitive clinical details? Jiro  minimizes protected health information in notification banners. Push notifications use summary-level content only.

How does Jiro  handle notification service disruptions? In the event of a disruption affecting notifications or other core features, Jiro  uses in-app banners or system messages to communicate status once services are restored.

How do notifications behave on a shared workstation? Notifications are tied to the signed-in account. On shared workstations, sign out or lock your screen when not in use to prevent unauthorized access to account activity.

Can I view a history of past notifications? [NEEDS CONTENT: confirm whether a notification history view exists in the app, and if so, where to access it. Note that some notifications expire over time.]

Why do notifications appear differently on iOS versus desktop? Notifications follow platform-native formatting standards. iOS and desktop browsers use distinct layout and interaction patterns, which may result in visual differences in how notifications are displayed.
