What Is on the Account Tab
Use the Account tab to manage your account. It contains your account details, the consent documents you agreed to at sign-up, the option to change your password, the Sign out button, and instructions to delete your account.
Account Details
Your Membership
Your Jiro tier appears under your account details, below Jiro. Select the upgrade option to the right to contact the Jiro team about upgrading to Jiro Enterprise, built for healthcare organizations.
Updating Your Password
Change your password from the white "Change password" button, at the right of the screen under Account details. A window opens with three fields. Enter your current password, enter your new password, and confirm your new password in the third box. Select the blue "Update password" button to finish.
Consent Documents
Review every document you agreed to at sign-up in the Consent documents section. Each document is listed with a brief description of what it contains. Select the "View" button to the right of a document title to open a readable version on the Jiro website.
Session
The Session section contains the Sign out button. Select the red "Sign out" button to log out of your Jiro account. Jiro then returns you to the sign-in screen.
Close Your Account
You can delete your Jiro account at the very bottom of the Account tab. Deleting your account permanently erases all of your associated data. This includes your profile details in the Clinician tab, Metrics favorites, Notification settings, and Perks and CME balances.
Jiro retains only your accepted document agreements, as legal proof of consent.
To delete your account, select the red "Delete account" button. A window opens and asks you to type your name in the text box to confirm. Then select the red "Delete user" button.
