Check your Perk balance, see how close you are to your next reward, and redeem earnings when they are available. The Perks tab also lists your past earnings and redemptions, so you can review what you have received and when.
What Is on the Perks Tab
The Perks tab shows your total Perk balance in dollars at the top, in a green box. A note below the balance tells you whether it is available for redemption. The green box also holds the "Redeem" button.
Activity, Earned, & Redeemed Tabs
Activity
Use the Activity tab to see your progress toward a Perk for each sponsored activity. A progress bar appears below each activity name. Green text below the bar shows the amount left to go until you reach the reward, in dollars. Your progress toward the reward also appears to the right of the Perk reward title.
Earned
Use the Earned tab to review your past Perk earnings. Rewards are listed by month, with the most recent first. Each entry shows the event title with its date directly below it. The reward you earned appears to the right of the title.
Redeemed
Use the Redeemed tab to review your Perk redemptions. Redemptions are listed with the most recent first. Each entry shows the date of the redemption, with the amount redeemed to the right of the date.
Redeeming Your Perks
To redeem your earned Perks, go to the Perks tab and select the white "Redeem" button in the green balance box. A pop-up opens. Choose how much of your balance to redeem and confirm your email. Then select the blue "Redeem" button in the pop-up to start the Tremendous redemption.
Tremendous is Jiro's third-party rewards provider. It handles the payout of digital rewards. When you redeem Perks, Tremendous sends you a Jiro-branded email. In that email, choose your reward and complete the redemption. You do not need a separate account to redeem your Perks through Tremendous.
Important to Remember
- A note below your Perk balance states whether the balance is available for redemption.
- When you redeem, choose the amount and confirm your email in the pop-up, then select the blue "Redeem" button.
- Tremendous sends you a Jiro-branded email where you choose your reward and complete the redemption.
