Accessing Your Profile Page

On the Web

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner of your browser or your icon in the top right of the Practice page.
  2. Select "Profile" from the menu.

On iOS

  1. Click the “More” tab in the bottom right corner of the app.
  2. Select “Profile” from the menu.

                       OR

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right of the Practice page.

Uploading a Profile Picture

After landing on the profile page, users can update their profile photo by clicking the pencil box in the bottom right corner of their current profile picture. Clicking the pencil provides two options “Upload photo” and “Remove photo”.

Where Your Photo Is Displayed

On the web, your profile picture is displayed in the bottom left corner on the web at all times. It will also appear in the upper right hand corner of the Practice page.

On iOS, your profile picture only appears on the Practice page in the upper right hand corner.

Uploading a Photo

On the web, selecting upload photo will take you to your computer’s files, there you can select the photo you would like for your profile and open the image.

On iOS, if uploading a photo from your phone for the first time, selecting upload photo will take you to a screen prompting you to give Jiro access to your photos. The options are “Limit Access” or “Allow Full Access”.  

Following that, you will be prompted to allow Jiro to access the camera. If you want to take your profile photo in that moment, click “OK”. Following that, you’ll be able to select to add a photo from your camera roll, or to take a picture.

Cropping a Photo

Jiro will open the photo in a window where users can crop the photo using a zoom slider and mouse/fingers to center the photo. Once adjustments are complete, click the blue “Save photo” button to set your selection.

Removing a Photo

Clicking remove photo clears your current profile picture from your account. There is no confirmation for this action. A placeholder of the clinician’s initials will take place of the previous profile picture.


Clinician Tab

The Clinician tab stores your professional and personal information. This information establishes your clinical identity in Jiro and influences the specialty-specific clinical recommendations and insights you receive.

Information Included:

  • First and last name
  • Contact information
  • NPI number
  • Profession
  • Career stage
  • Specialty
  • Focus areas

Updating Your Information:

  1. Navigate to your Profile Page
  2. Select the Clinician tab
  3. Click the edit button found in the bottom right corner of the tab
  4. Update the information as needed
  5. Save your changes

Maintaining accurate Clinician information ensures that Jiro delivers clinical recommendations and practice intelligence tailored to your specialty and practice setting.


CME Tab

If you are eligible, the CME tab displays continuing medical education credits earned through platform use. The following information is displayed in the tab:

  • Credit Summary: Total CME credits earned for the current earning period, your lifetime total, and a breakdown by activity type.
  • Monthly Chart: Displays your credit activity over time, providing users with a visual record of how CME activity has accumulated across the earning period.
  • Claimed & Unclaimed Tabs: Lists every qualifying activity you have completed sorted by date and activity. You can complete the process of redeeming any unclaimed credits in the Unclaimed tab by clicking “Claim credit”. In the Claimed tab, you can view their awarded credits and the activities associated with the credit.
  • Download Transcript Button: At the bottom of the CME tab, you can download your CME transcript for the earning period. Clicking the button provides a PDF copy of earned credits.

Perks Tab

The Perks tab displays the Perks you have earned for engaging with Jiro through the following views:

  • Perk Balance: Displays the total amount of Perks you has available to redeem. If the you have Perks available, you can click the “redeem” button exchange Perks for rewards.
  • Activity Tab: Highlights your progress toward specific Perk triggers being awarded.
  • Earned Tab: Shows any Perks that have been awarded to you.
  • Redeemed Tab: Record of Perks you have redeemed for rewards.

Notifications Tab

The Notifications tab controls how and when you receive notifications from Jiro across the following features and channels.

  • General: Stay informed on platform updates, new features, and announcements that affect your account.
  • Perks: Get notified when you have perks to redeem.
  • CME: Stay up to date on claiming your credits.

Account Tab

The Account tab contains details and options for your Jiro account, including Jiro tier, updating your password, or account deletion. The account tab also houses Jiro’s consent documents.

Important To Remember

  • Your Profile Page is personal to your account. Only you can view and modify your profile information. Changes take effect immediately across Jiro.
  • Maintain accurate and current information on your profile. Keeping your clinician info up to date ensures you receive clinical content and metrics that are relevant to you.
  • Configure your notifications to your personal needs and clinical workflow.
  • If you are eligible for Continuing Medical Education credit, monitor your credit accrual in the CME tab.
  • Update your password regularly and review your account settings in the Account tab.
