Your points, tier, rewards, and notifications in the Perks & Loyalty program follow your own activity, so you can see exactly what moves your balance and progress. Every eligible clinician earns on the same point schedule and against the same tier thresholds. You choose which actions to take, when to redeem rewards, and which notifications to receive.

How the Perks & Loyalty Program Is Personalized
Your experience in the program is driven entirely by your own activity. The actions you take determine the points you earn, which tier you are in, and which rewards and notifications you receive. Personalization means your balance, tier, progress, and reward history are individual to you.
What Is the Personalized Output of the Perks & Loyalty Program
You see your own current tier and badge, your own point total, and your own lifetime points. You also see your own progress toward the next tier and your own activity feed of point-earning actions.
Your rewards appear as well: those you have earned and those ready to redeem. Notifications are triggered by your own progress.
What You Can Control in the Perks & Loyalty Program
You control your engagement, meaning which actions you take and whether and when you redeem available rewards.
You can opt in or out of loyalty notifications by type, such as tier-advancement or bonus-perk alerts. You can also choose whether to share your referral link.
You cannot manually adjust your own point totals or tier. They follow directly from recorded activity.
What Personalization Does Not Mean for Perks & Loyalty
Points and tiers are not tailored by specialty, practice type, or any profile attribute. Every eligible clinician earns on the same point schedule and against the same tier thresholds.
The program does not deduct or decay points. It does not penalize inactivity, and it does not compare clinicians against one another.
Loyalty points and milestone perks are independent. Earning one does not spend or reduce the other.
Why Personalization May Be Limited in Perks & Loyalty
A referral earns points only after the referred colleague completes signup, which can take time.
Some rewards depend on Finance approval or manual fulfillment, such as swag and the Advisory Board invitation. These may arrive after you reach the tier rather than immediately.
Important to Remember
- Every eligible clinician earns on the same point schedule and against the same tier thresholds, regardless of specialty, practice type, or profile attribute.
- You cannot manually adjust your point total or tier. Both follow directly from recorded activity.
- Rewards such as swag and the Advisory Board invitation depend on Finance approval or manual fulfillment, so they may arrive after you reach the tier.
