Jiro rewards your engagement with loyalty points that build into membership tiers and unlock cash rewards, swag, or special recognition. See how you earn points, what each tier unlocks, and how milestone perks and rewards delivery work. You can also see how the clinician referral system works.

How Loyalty Points Are Earned

Each time you complete a qualifying action, Jiro records it and adds the points to your loyalty balance. Individual actions earn 10 points. Social actions that extend Jiro's reach, such as sharing content and referring colleagues, earn 20 points.

Points only add to your balance. You cannot lose points. Repeating the same item, such as re-opening an article that already counted, does not award points twice.

Loyalty Membership Tiers & Rewards

Your points move you through five tiers. Each tier unlocks its reward when you cross the point threshold. Higher tiers include the recognition from the tiers below them.

You also receive a $5 bonus perk every 500 points. This bonus is added on top of the tier rewards and recognizes steady progress between milestones.

Milestone Perks

Separately from loyalty points, you earn milestone perks for reaching defined counts of specific actions. These are one-off rewards based on a count or timeframe, not cumulative points.

For example, the "Total Referrals" perk pays a $5 reward at every tenth completed colleague referral: at 10, 20, 30, and so on.

The same action can earn both a milestone perk and loyalty points. Jiro tracks them independently, and they do not offset each other.

How Rewards Are Delivered to You

Cash rewards include the tier perks and the every-500-point bonus. They are issued as gift cards through Tremendous and credited to your perks wallet, subject to Finance approval.

Tier swag for Gold and Platinum and the Diamond Advisory Board invitation are fulfilled manually. Jiro records that you earned the reward and notifies you. A member of the Jiro team then completes delivery.

Each reward moves through tracked states, such as pending, submitted, and delivered, so you can see where it stands.

How Colleague Referrals Work

You have a personal, reusable referral link to share with colleagues. When a referred colleague completes signup, the referral is attributed to you. Once payout is enabled, you and the new colleague each earn 20 points: you for referring, and your colleague for joining.

A referral stays eligible for up to 90 days from the click while your colleague verifies their identity. A slow signup does not void a valid referral.

Safeguards prevent abuse:

• You cannot refer yourself.
• Mutual or circular referrals are rejected.
• Duplicate signups for the same person are rejected.
• Unusually high referral volume from one clinician is flagged for review.

Loyalty Points & Milestone Perks Refresh Cadences

Points and tier progress update from your completed activity as it is processed. Your balance reflects your actions on an ongoing basis, not on a fixed daily or weekly cycle.

There is nothing for you to dismiss. The Rewards area is a persistent part of Jiro, not a prompt or card.
