Earn rewards for the work you already do in Jiro, and see exactly where you stand. The Perks & Loyalty Program gives milestone-based Perks and cumulative Loyalty points that move you through five tiers, from Member to Diamond. Check your balance, tier progress, and redeemed rewards in one place.
What It Is
The Perks & Loyalty Program is Jiro's rewards program for clinicians. It has two parts: Perks and Loyalty.
Perks are milestone-based. You earn a specific reward for completing a defined count of actions, such as reaching a set number of consults in a month or making every tenth successful colleague referral.
Loyalty is cumulative. Every qualifying action you take also earns points that build on a running balance. Those points carry you through five tiers: Member, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers larger rewards.
Perks and Loyalty draw on the same Jiro actions but reward them differently. They do not share a point currency, and no action is counted twice. Loyalty is an addition and does not change how Perks work.
Who Are Perks & Loyalty Points for & When Do They Apply?
The program is available to active clinician users on Jiro. Non-clinician users are not part of the program.
You start at the Member tier. You earn points and perks automatically as you use Jiro, with no enrollment step.
You interact with the program when you check your points and tier progress, when you redeem or receive a reward, and when you refer a colleague.
Key Capabilities
- Earn points automatically for everyday actions in Jiro, such as consults, reading and sharing content, Scribe, and referrals.
- Progress through five membership tiers. Each tier unlocks a larger in-kind reward.
- Earn a bonus perk at regular point milestones, in addition to tier rewards.
- Earn one-off milestone perks (Perks) alongside Loyalty points.
- Refer colleagues with your personal referral link and earn points when they join.
- Track your points, current tier, and progress to the next tier in the Rewards area, including an activity feed of point-earning actions.
- Redeem cash rewards into your perks wallet, and receive tier swag and invitations.
- Receive notifications when you advance a tier, earn a bonus perk, or have a reward ready.
Data Sources
Points and perks come from your completed actions in Jiro. Each qualifying action is added to your points balance, which determines your tier. Points reflect actions you actually completed, not estimates.
Cash rewards are issued as gift cards into your perks wallet through Tremendous. The Jiro operations team fulfills tier swag and the Diamond Advisory Board invitation manually.
How to Access the Perks & Loyalty Program
To access your Perks & Loyalty Points, click your profile icon at the bottom of the main navigation bar on the web. On iOS, tap "More" and then "Profile".
To monitor Perks, click the "Perks" tab. At the top of the tab, you see your total Perks balance alongside the "Redeem" button. Three tabs sit underneath your balance:
- Activity: shows your progress toward a Perk reward.
- Earned: shows Perks rewarded during a given period.
- Redeemed: shows a trail of Perks you have redeemed for rewards through Tremendous.
To view your Loyalty Points, select the "Membership" tab. It shows your Loyalty tier, earned points, member levels, and points activity. Click "How it works" or a member level to learn more about the Loyalty program.
