Getting Help With Spotlights

Frequently Asked Questions

How are Spotlights different from Metrics? Spotlights are highlighted Metrics, based on existing Metrics that you can view. They are generated each week based on what is statistically notable in your data.

Can I choose which Spotlights appear in my feed? No. Spotlights are system-selected based on your real-world data. You can dismiss individual Spotlights and provide feedback, but you cannot configure which types of Spotlights appear.

How often will I see new Spotlights? At least 1 new Spotlight will be added to your feed each week. Each Spotlight expires four weeks after being surfaced.

Why does my feed show fewer Spotlights than expected? If you do not have data, Spotlights will not appear for you. If your data does not meet the completeness threshold for a given period, fewer Spotlights will be generated. This is more common early in your use of Jiro Health or when claims data for a particular period is incomplete. Coverage improves as more data accumulates.

Do Spotlights account for my subspecialty? Spotlights use your self-selected specialty and geographic location to determine peer groups . Use thumbs down feedback to flag Spotlights that appear misaligned with your practice.

Are Spotlights affected by the Complete/Recent data toggle? No. The Complete/Recent/Latest toggles affects Metrics only. Spotlights use a fixed data view.
