Earn cash-value credits in Jiro for key engagement activities like signing up, using chat, viewing literature, and referring colleagues.

When ready, you can redeem any portion of their balance through Tremendous, a third-party that lets you choose your reward from a catalog of options.

Sign-up bonus $5 Never, one time reward. Credited automatically after a clinician completes sign-up and has ACTIVE status.
Hot Streak $5 Resets after 10 consecutive days or a missed day. Engage with Jiro for 10 consecutive days by using Consult, viewing Metrics, or reading Literature. If a day is missed, your streak resets to 0.
Referral Milestones $5 Every 10 referrals For every 10 confirmed referral sign-ups, the referrer earns $5. The counter never resets.
Top 1% of Jiro users $10 Monthly At month-end, users ranked in the top 1% of Jiro usage receive $5.
Top 5% of Consult users $5 Monthly At month-end, users ranked in the top 5% of Consult activity receive $5.
25 new Consult questions $5 Monthly Create 25 or more new chat threads in a calendar month.
10 tool accessories $5 Monthly Accessing Jiro on 10 or more different days in a month BUT did not earn a Hot Streak. Hot Streaks take priority over Tool Accesses.
20 Literature summaries $5 Monthly View 20 or more Literature summaries in a calendar month.

By cashing out Perks from your wallet in Jiro, Tremendous sends an email to you to choose how to receive your reward.

Choosing Your Reward

Tremendous offers a set catalog of rewards which you can choose from via the email, after your selection, Tremendous will send a follow-up email confirming your selection and provide your reward.

Redeem Your Reward

The follow-up email will contain the information for your reward choice, make sure to save this info for use.


5. Troubleshooting

Issue What to Do
I redeemed Perks but never received a Tremendous email Check your spam/junk folders. If you don't see it, contact Jiro support with your email and an approximate redemption time.
My Tremendous link isn't working Try opening the link in a new browser. If the issue continues, take a screenshot of the email and share with support.
My redemption shows as failed or cancelled If a reward fails or is cancelled, Jiro receives an update and can either re-issue the reard or restore the amount to your wallet.
I'm concerned about a flagged or suspicious reward Tremendous may flag a reward for compliance review, Jiro will automatically be alerted. Your wallet balance will be remain accurate while we investigate.
