I completed a CME eligible activity but forgot to click the “Claim CME credit” button. Can I still earn AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ for the activity? Yes. If you navigate to your Profile page, then to the CME tab, there is an Unclaimed tab at the bottom of the page. The Unclaimed tab shows CME eligible activity you have completed in which you have not received CME credit. To claim, click “Claim CME” to the right of the listed activity and complete the acknowledgement and attestation statement.

Who is eligible to earn CME credits in Jiro? Physicians and clinicians eligible for AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ can earn AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ through Jiro.

What type of CME credits can I earn through Jiro? Eligible users earn AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ by completing specific activities within Jiro.

Where can I see my CME credit balance? Navigate to your profile in Jiro and select the "CME" tab below your user card to view your AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ balance.

Are there limits to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ earned per month? Yes. A monthly maximum applies to maintain appropriate use. The "Claim CME Credit" button disables once you reach the monthly limit.

Will my AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ be reported to my board or state licensing body? AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ are reported to PARS with your state or country of licensure. Board or state body access depends on their integration with PARS.

Balance did not update after completing an activity. Not all Jiro activities award AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™. Confirm you completed an eligible CME activity and completed the associated acknowledgement and attestation statement.
