Referrals
A referral is the process of inviting colleagues to Jiro.
Jiro makes it easy to bring your colleagues into the platform, using secure and trackable links. Within your profile, you may see a section labeled "Invite Colleagues" or a similar link.
You can directly help your peers sign up for Jiro using the link associated with your account.

Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to Do |
|---|---|
| I do not see an Invite link in my account | After completing your account creation, you should have full access to the Invite Colleague tab. If this isn't the case, contact support with your name, email, and NPI. |
| My Referral count doesn't match the amount of times I've sent my link | Referral counts only include completed sign-ups. If the process is not completed, it will not add to your count. |
| My colleague sees an error trying to use my link | If your colleague has a Jiro account, this will occur. It may also be possible that there is a technical issue with registration flow or your link. If it continues, contact support. |
| My Referral link looks different than before | Jiro may occasionally change the format of your referral link, use the new format. |
Frequently Asked Questions
My colleague already has a Jiro account. Can they still count as my referral?
Only new Jiro users created via your link are counted as referrals. Existing users who attempt to create a new account via your link will not count toward your referrals.
Are there limits on how many people I can invite or refer?
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can accumulate but there is a cap that is counted towards Perks. The upper limit of referrals towards Perks caps over a specific time period.
I earned perks based on referrals, but I don’t see them in my Perks wallet.
There are a few possible reasons you are not seeing your Perks:
- Your colleague’s account is not fully activated yet
- The Perks for referrals are not real-time triggered, but refreshed on a timely basis
- Perks are only granted once certain conditions are met, such as completing their first activity
- The perks program may have changed, with new rules or thresholds
Is there any risk in my link being shared beyond the people I intended?
Your invite link is associated with your account, so sign ups through the link will be attached to you. It is important to remember that if your link is shared beyond where you intended, only eligible clinicians who complete the account creation process will be able to proceed to create a Jiro account.
